2. Payment

4. Changes and Cancellations by the Customer

4.2. Cancellation Policy:
* 100% refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the tour start date.
* 50% refund if cancelled between 3 and 4 days (inclusive) before the tour start date.
* No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the tour start date or for no-shows.

5.4. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, or epidemics.
6. Customer Special Requests
